The best thing about a buckwheat pillow is the warmth it provides after a minute or two in the microwave. This pillow CANNOT be put in the microwave! Its fleece cover has a zipper.......if you want to take it off and re-wrap it, it is possible to heat it. Overall, not a comfy pillow.
