1st Customer Review : Almost Useful
I bought this pillow at the local mall kiosk along with a backjoy seat. This pillow works better for sleeping than the seat does for sitting.
After 3 months I think the pillow is loosing its support and collapsing in the middle. Everyone has a gimmick for sale. This thing would work if it would last longer. Hopefully the next model will be improved. I like the idea.
Still this is better than any other pillow I've tried. It's too expensive. Like I mentioned, seems to loose support over time.

2nd Customer Review : Perfect pillow for a good night's sleep
I've used many different pillows that haven't been that great. This pillow was great from the first night I slept on it. One side of the pillow covering is soft and cozy for a cold night. The other side is cool for warmer nights. The pillow covering washes great in the washer and I hang it to dry so it will last for a longer time. Even though the pillow looks like it would be firm, it is soft and forms to my head so I feel completely supported. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow works well. I would definitely recommend this product. I also have two Backjoy relief sitting products that help me sit in our cars for hours without having back pain and aching hips. I have had them for years and expect to have the Backjoy pillow for many years to come.

I am very happy with the comfort of this pillow...no more neck soreness, but my husband says it makes me snore, so he is NOT happy!
