1st Customer Review : Should last longer, but good enough to replace now and then
This is by far the most comfortable airline pillow I've tried, and I have tried quite a few. It prevents your head from rolling to either side, or from falling forward, without the discomfort of a big pillow directly behind your neck. The strap that holds the two sides together broke after about four international flights. It should last longer- but I happily ordered a replacement. It would be worth it to me even if this second one doesn't last for more than a couple of international flights. Well worth it for a better sleep aboard the plane, and waking up with no neck stiffness.

2nd Customer Review : Works pretty well.....
I liked this product and used it recently on international flights. Too bulky to get back into the little pocket it came in (this could be a little larger), but it blew up very easily, kept my head in a comfortable position as long as I eased the chairback a bit, deflated easily and an added benefit is that it filtered out some of the noise. It works best if it is slightly underinflated, otherwise it hurt my ears. Better than the normal neck pillows for avoiding the head flop that you experience sleeping on a plane.
3rd Customer Review : Comfortable pillow that works
My husband and I purchased 2 of this item for a trip to London from Texas - long trip. I had previously owned one of the old "horse collar" type travel pillows, but it was not that comfortable and didn't really work well. This works. The pillow does not have any air at the back so my head could go back comfortably, without being pushed forward as it was by the old "horse collar." I could adjust the air in the side pockets so my head was held securely and did not fall over on my shoulder. AND the side pockets of air did slightly cover my ears to help with noise reduction on the plane (although I used my music player and ear plugs as well to completely cut out all sound.)
As some reviewers have mentioned, it is difficult to fold the pillow back in the small traveling case. But, I think that is a small flaw in an otherwise excellent product.
