The Soothe-A-Ciser Pillow is a great design that does work but the pillow compresses after a short time with my body weight.

2nd Customer Review : Ouch
My fiance and I both tried this pillow out and neither of us liked it. We both have some tightness in our necks, and I'm even going to the chiropractor for mine. When I laid on the pillow, it took me a while to find a comfortable position, but to get the back area supported correctly, my neck had to hyperextend. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't stand it. It gave me a headache. My fiance didn't like it because it made the blood rush to his head. Stretching the neck is one thing, but having it lay completely cranked backward isn't exactly a nice feeling.
