1st Customer Review : Look elsewhere!
The pillow does not keep it's shape as advertised. As soon as you lay down your head sinks between all of the beads. Nor does it stay cool, it actually retains heat. It is also about half the size of a standard pillow. Lastly, it has a heavy chemical odor. Read return policy carefully, they do not allow returns on most items because of hygiene issues. If they do grant you a return, it is only for 85%. Don't waste your time.

2nd Customer Review : Wish You Could Buy a Normal Size Pillow
This pillow is comfy but it is very, very small. It's about 1/2 the size of a standard pillow. I'm considering getting a 2nd one to use along with the first. I think 2 pillows used on top of each other will be great. I really wish they either gave you 2 for the price of 1 or they offered a standard size pillow made with the same beads. I haven't noticed any problem with the pillow retaining heat. My only gripe is the size and the need for a 2nd one to use along with the first.

The company named bookitnow is outstanding and the pillow great. The pillow was larger than described. I am uncertain of the second company selling the pillow and the different price points when going back to purchase another one.
