1st Customer Review : Good PILLOW, Poor Travel Pillow
As a business advisor who travels constantly (both in the US and Europe/Russia), I am always looking for simple, small and lightweight items to make my traveling life easier (one carry on is always my goal, and given the increasing restrictions on size and weight EVERY OUNCE (or gram) COUNTS.
The Sleep Innovations Gel Insert Travel Pillow is designed for those who want a gel memory foam pillow in travel size, for the head, back or neck. If you need a pillow in the car for lower back support, it is great. However there is a big concern if you are traveling by air-it weighs close to 2 pounds! For airlines such as Lufthansa with 17.6 pound restriction this is a real problem.

I have spent $100's on good pillows that did not met my unique needs. The Sleep Innovations Gel Insert Travel Pillow is the perfect size, price and I use it as my everyday pillow. Finally something that gives me the proper support. I'm very pleased.
3rd Customer Review : Nice pillow for traveling
This small and compact pillow is very firm and a good size for traveling. However, I found that it works best as a side pillow, cushioned between the side of your head and the door, and isn't as comfortable directly behind your head. The pillow is too firm to fold but I found it to be quite comfortable. The small size seems to work well in keeping it in place so therefore it isn't as annoying as a large pillow which slides and flops all over the place.
