1st Customer Review : Not a Shiatsu massager
I ordered this item because I have severe pain in my neck and shoulders, and I was looking forward to a wrap around shiatsu massager. The item arrived quickly, which was great, but the unit simply vibrates like a million other neck "massagers". A shiatsu massager requires rotating balls, NOT weak vibration. But something else.

This product buzzes with a continuous vibration. It is not shiatsu. It does not relax my neck muscles. I would return it if I could.

A couple of the items I ordered did not do what I thought they would. I called the company and talked with a very pleasant person who gave me a return authorization and within a week my refund was on my account.
