1st Customer Review : Novelty versus sure thing
I was ready to like this pillow from all the reviews but when received it was severly one-sided which bothers me. If you want to turn your head the other way you have to flip it over mid rest - fairly obvious from the pictures but considering it may take you a while to get settled as you're nodding off to sleep you dont want to wake yourself to flip it over to change positions. Maybe a two sided version would help address this.
Of frustration, I found the cushion to be too soft and it did not support my head sufficiently at the shallow angle I'd prefer, instead leaving my neck at a painful angle to sleep.
Its definitely better than not having a pillow, but not sure how much better than a regular fleece lined pillow in my opinion. More a novelty than a definitive purchase for all.

2nd Customer Review : great travel aid
I have gotten 4 of these now and given them to family members. It's the only pillow I have found that really helps me sleep on the plane. Rolls up into a neat compact form when not in use. Really like it.
