This pillow is hard as a rock. You can not sleep with it under your neck. I was exspecting soft memory foam. It does not mold to your neck, it does not change shape at all. stays the same hard shape no matter what you do. Am sending it back!!!

I have always woke up with pain in my neck and upper back, UNTIL
I bought this pillow. The absolutely best pillow ever. Keeps
your neck and back in align, you wake up with no pain or discomfort.
I will take this pillow everywhere I go. I ordered a second one just
for future use. I will never use any other pillow.
3rd Customer Review : Save your money
This pillow was a huge disappointment. I got it for lumbar support, but it smooshes down flat when you rest your weight on it. I was using it mainly for lumbar support.
