1st Customer Review : Flattens after two months
Ordered this pillow after much debate and consultation with my chiropractor. I was looking for something with a little give but would also allow up to 5 inches of support at my neck. Well, this really helped for about 3 weeks. After that time it started to flatten out in the middle of the large lobe and is now absolutely no help at all. I am hoping the store I bought it from will refund me or offer to give me a credit or something because it is just not acceptable. I have had temperpedic pillows and they are definitely worth the $50 more as compared to this pillow.

2nd Customer Review : Bought pillow for a Friend - She loves it!
I bought this pillow for a friend that has a neck problem. From what she tells me, she loves it! During her neck injury, she went through therapy and this pillow has helped to make her sleep pain free. Of course she continues neck exercises, but claims she would definitely recommend this pillow.

A bit disapointed in it because it was thinner than the one I had bought from the core company site. The pillow was advertised to be exactly like the one from core company, but it wasn't. It was alot thinner and not as comfortable to sleep on.
