1st Customer Review : A roll of cardboard
it is as good as laying down on cement. By the time you figure that out, you have to pay shipping and handling both ways, and debate for a refund to get a few dollars back. You may as well throw it in the garbage.
Best thing is : do not buy it !!!!!

2nd Customer Review : Great cervical roll - not a pillow
This works great for the intended purposed of a cervical roll. I use it under my neck and it seems to help with back and neck pain.
This is not a pillow so it is firm to be effective.
