I would have given this 5 stars except my pillow did not come with the cover that is pictured. Otherwise, it is very supportive in the way I use it which is against my back when I sleep on my side.

2nd Customer Review : Great pillow for side sleepers!
I have gone through a lot of pillows in my lifetime. I am a side sleeper and have always looked for the "perfect" pillow--if one exists. I recently purchased the rectangular buckwheat pillow that this company sells--a great pillow BTW. From some of the reviews of this pillow I decided to try this cylinder-shaped one. I wondered if it was going to be large enough--I am a big guy. Anyway, it is large enough for me and it is an amazing pillow--once again especially for those of us who sleep mainly on our sides. My neck and head are both well supported by the pillow--being able to move the fill material around is a great help--it helps to insure a great fit for a night's sleep. Once again a great product from a great company.
3rd Customer Review : Side sleepers, take note!
I'm predominantly a side sleeper and I have had a lot of trouble finding a pillow that will support my neck and head while sleeping. I have tried all kinds of pillows, including the supposedly anatomical memory foam ones that are completely inadequate for side sleepers.
This comfycomfy buckwheat pillow is the best pillow I have had all my life. The shape and the height are is perfect and gives excellent support to the neck while I am on my side. The pillow is firm without feeling like a rock and it conforms to the shape of my head/neck really well. I finally can wake up in the morning without feeling any soreness in my neck and shoulders.
I contacted the seller to purchase pillow cases and bought a couple specifically made of these. The customer service is simply outstanding. Extremely happy with the purchase and I will be buying a few more pillows from this seller for sure!
