I've been looking for an inflatable travel neck pillow for awhile. None of them looked comfortable or soft. I bought this in person, not on Amazon. Most of the removable cover is fleece, except a patch of CoolMax fabric which I guess you could use on your cheek-side if you get too hot (which I don't, so I used the fleece side on my cheek). It fit me well and actually was most comfortable when less-than-completely inflated. I was able to sleep (comfortably)on a transcontinental flight, which was a first for me.
The only problem is that it was tricky to inflate (old-style pinch-the-nozzle-while-you-exhale), but I was ultimately able to. Deflating it is tricky as well and takes a bit of time, so I think it will just stay inflated most of the time (defeating the whole purpose, I know), but I could definitely deflate it if needed.
